Question 1

How do I book an AWAMI couture consultation?

Accepted Answer

Use the consultation form or WhatsApp. Share your occasion, preferred date, and any design interest — the atelier team will confirm the next step.

Question 2

Where is the AWAMI atelier?

Accepted Answer

Awami Fabrics is based in Mirpur, Azad Kashmir, at Walayat Khan Centre, Chowk Shaheedan (Roopyal Hotel / Allama Iqbal Road).

Question 3

Do you offer international shipping?

Accepted Answer

Shipping destinations, charges and eligibility are confirmed before an order is finalised. Contact the team for the current options for your location.

Question 4

How is AWAMI different from NAIMAL?

Accepted Answer

AWAMI is the parent house for made-to-measure couture and occasion wear. NAIMAL by AWAMI is the ready-to-wear expression — shoppable co-ord sets for everyday wear.

Question 5

Can bridal or custom orders be returned?

Accepted Answer

Bridal wear and customised orders are non-exchangeable and non-returnable. Claims for damaged or wrong items must be made within 48 hours of receiving the order.

Question 6

What about Mehr, Sunehri, or Zarqash ordering?

Accepted Answer

Some designs are listed for enquiry rather than instant checkout. Use WhatsApp or Book Consultation — the team will confirm availability and fulfilment personally. We do not invent payment methods for those pieces.
